Making Home Link Up #19: Win Cake with Baker Days!

Welcome to the #MakingHome weekly link up!

Be inspired by posts all about home; moving house, home decor, DIY, crafts, family activities, recipes, gardening and more. It’s all here under one roof at Mrs Crafty B’s.

Don't forget to join in this week and link up your own posts. The linky is open from Friday until Tuesday. Find out how to take part at the end of this post.

This week I have been MIA with tummy bugs and chest infections invading our house over the half term week. Absolute pants. Now we are all feeling a bit more like ourselves, it is time to talk cake.

For this week's #MakingHome, I have teamed up with Baker Days to give you lovely peeps a chance to win a personalised cake right in time for Easter.
You may recall that recently I wrote about a cake that I received via the post from Baker Days. Their cakes by post are a lovely gift idea for a loved one; even if its yourself. Baker Days have a huge range of designs with a choice of flavours. Check out the Baker Days Easter cake range.

Win your very own Baker Days cake by entering the competition below. The winner will be able to create their own 5" cake from all of the fabulous designs to be sent in time for the Easter break. The competition is open to UK residents only (cakes are sent by Royal Mail) and closes on March 11th.

HERE'S HOW TO JOIN IN

Place the #MakingHome badge to the bottom of the post you are sharing (or in your sidebar) using the coding under the image below (get in touch if you have trouble). This helps to direct readers to all participants in the link up.

- Add your link via the blue button at the bottom of this post. Just click 'Add Your Link' and follow the instructions. Your post can be recent or past and you can link up more than once; please just remember to use the badge. You can link up from Friday until Tuesday.

- Visit some or all of the others who are linking up for inspiration and maybe offer up a comment or two so that we are all feeling the #MakingHome love. Don't forget to include the hashtag so they know where you are visiting from.

- Be sure to tweet @MrsCraftyB using #MakingHome once you have linked up so that I can #RT.

Find Mrs Crafty B on Pinterest to be added to the #MakingHome board. You can pin your posts there too!

  1. Hope you're all feeling better now! We tried one of their cakes a few weeks back and I was so impressed - it tasted great and the letterbox cakes are such a cool idea too. x

  3. I would send to myself. I've been parenting, clearing up from a holiday, taken the child to birthday parties and looking after the boyfriend whilst he suffers with some sort of man flu. Am I ill now? Yes! It is it going to stop me? No! Because no one will look after me, but cake will. Cake will make me feel good.

  4. It would have to be to my son as his birthday falls on Mothers Day this year and I don't want him to feel left out. Plus I would get to share it ;)
