Top Gifts for Crafty People From The ICHF Crafts for Christmas Craft Shows

This year at ICHF's Crafts for Christmas shows I was spoilt for choice. Not only was there plenty to inspire my own crafting projects but I was able to peruse some lovely handmade items. As a crafter, I understand the work that goes into hand making items and I where I can't make gifts myself, I am really keen to buy handmade where possible.

I discovered lots of great exhibitors at the shows and found some great gifts that would be suitable for the crafty people you know or anyone who would appreciate something handmade. Here is a little run down of some of the items that I found and how you can find them.
The lovely Irene from Bunny Street had a beautiful display of hanging ornaments and cute handmade pouches; perfect for cosmetics and crafty bits, bobs and buttons.
Blendy pens would make a great gift for any #MiniMakers. They looked like so much fun. They are on sale via lots of retailers.
Laster cut wooden craft shapes look beautiful as they are but also make a great addition to a craft stash for decoration. Visit Craft Sensations for a huge range; big and small.
Creation Crafts have a beautiful range of Japenese papers. These would be appreciated by anyone who loves paper crafts or anything multi media.
These ready to go baking kits by Doorstop Baking mean maximum homemade yum with minimum effort. What's not to love?!
Fabrics Galore have a fabulous range of fabrics that would be a perfect addition to any sewers fabric stash. I have added these superhero and Quentin Blake designs to my wish list.
You can find everything you need to make this gingerbread man wreath at Inky Doodles
Tonali sell various leather cords and clasps to make bangles and bracelets. This is jewellery making in simple form but there is potential for on trend and individual designs. A little goody bag of various options for a crafter would be a welcome addition to their craft box.
I found some beautifully scented candles by The Candle Company which would be a lovely handmade gift for most people. Who doesn't love a scented candle?! My favourite were these candle tins which looked simple and; well they do exactly what they say on the tin. The scents were delicious *note to self: not for eating*.

If you know any #MiniMakers then Little Pals have something for you. With a range of baking and gardening sets they have lots of options for gifts for little ones with a grown up crafty influence in their lives. Our Little Bs would love these. I am a baker for sure and Hubby B loves a bit of gardening.
If you fancy something special and original for your loved ones, head on over to Wonderland Glass. You will find a beautiful range of handmade glass gifts with options for personalisation on some gifts. I think these Christmas hangies and coasters were just lovely and I know lots of people who would appreciate something like this (*ahem* hint *ahem*).
I have just discovered Jumping Clay but I haven't yet experimented. These items weighed almost nothing. Such an unusual material to work with but perfect again for any #MiniMakers of your gift list.
You can find out where to get one of these cuties via Rustic Rudolph. You will be able to see where they are visiting next. I absolutely adored these and the way in which they are produced (i.e. trees being replanted). I was gutted not to have been able to pick one up. I wasn't able to get it home!
I feel like an addition of Glitzcraft to my craft stash is long overdue. With a range of glittery pastes and stencils, this is a simple yet effective craft, great for beginners and a good option if you know someone who doesn't already have this but wants to try something new.
I have got a very long list of projects and products to try for 2016 (as usual) and I definitely need to have a good clear out of my stash to make room for some new things. What sort of handmade or crafty items would you appreciate receiving as a gift?

  2. The ICHF Crafts for Christmas Craft Shows are ideal gift ideas for creative minds. Students who spend much time on difficult assignments will find they can face it just as joyfully as well. A legal essay writing service would be a great thing in assisting with topics well-structured and researched, and makes academic tasks easier and less stressful.
